Covid 19 

The health and safety of our customers and staff is of the highest importance to us. We are currently running our simulator sessions in line with the guidance issued by the Department for Transport for use in the commercial flight training sector. Please read the following rules and procedures and adhere to them.

Policy & procedures

We have adopted the following procedures in order to remain a Covid Secure business throughout the pandemic. The Boeing 737NG flight simulator is a confined space, and as such we have had to implement these measures in order to reduce the risk as much as feasibly possible.

  • Face masks must be worn inside the building at all times, and throughout the time in the simulator. This applies to both staff and customers.

  • Temperature checks on arrival - anyone found outside of the normal range will be unable to take part in the activity and will be able to rebook for a later date.

  • Before attending our premises, we will send out a Covid Health Declaration - this must be completed before the session.

  • Hand sanitizer is readily available and must be used prior to entering the premises and flight simulator.

  • We ask any one who feels even slightly unwell to inform us and cancel at the earliest opportunity - whilst Covid 19 is on going we will adhere to our updated rebooking policy.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU FEEL UNWELL!

EXTENSION OF VOUCHERS

Due to the national lockdown - we have taken the decision to extend vouchers that were unable to be used for an extra 6 months, and this will also apply should any future restrictions require us to stop operating. We are doing this so that when you purchase a voucher or experience with us, you can be safe in the knowledge that the current situation with Covid 19 will not affect you ability to reclaim the voucher. 

ALL VOUCHER PURCHASES WILL IMMEDIATELY BE VALID FOR 18 MONTHS RATHER THAN THE USUAL 12 MONTHS 

We will continue to update our customers of any changes as the situation progresses.
