
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all Customers using the services and experiences of True flight Simulation Ltd (The Company) Please read them carefully before purchasing or booking. By making a purchase (including third-party vouchers), you and the voucher recipient agree to these terms.
The Company may change these terms without notice, effective immediately.
Prices displayed on our website are valid at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices and run special offers.
Vouchers
One voucher per person per session and not splitable unless a fee is paid, and agreement granted at our discretion.
Vouchers are non-refundable. If gifting, inform the recipient of the expiry date and these terms.
Book experiences in as soon as possible, All bookings are first come, first served.
Vouchers should be used at least 28 days before the expiry date.
Once your voucher is booked in our system, it is considered redeemed and marked as used.
All vouchers are subject to availability and are non-refundable.
Vouchers will be emailed. A 14-day cooling-off period applies in line with distance selling regulations. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or valid with other offers
The Company decision is final.
Appointments
Arrange appointments by emailing sales@trueflightsimulation.co.uk (preferred) or by phone to 01483378009.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your slot; late arrivals will lose time, with no refund, if later then 15min the session will be cancelled and the voucher redeemed.
Voucher numbers must be presented on arrival, either printed or on a mobile device.
Session time begins with a meet & greet and a short briefing
Medical Disclaimer
Participants take part at their own risk. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to your experience. This activity involves a feeling of motion and aerial manoeuvres, which may cause motion sickness in some individuals. No refunds will be issued due to motion sickness or medically related issues.
Accessibility Notice
The reception area is accessible to disabled visitors. However, the simulators are generally not suitable for individuals with limited mobility, as participants must be able to enter and exit the simulator unaided. We will however assess each situation individually to allow participation whenever feasible.
Guide dogs are welcome in the reception area but are not permitted inside the simulators for safety reasons. Please check with us before purchasing.

No food, drink, or animals (except guide dogs in reception only) are allowed inside the centre or simulators. We reserve the right to restrict or eject anyone abusing the equipment, staff, or under the influence of substances, with no refund offered. Parents/guardians must always supervise their children.
Age Restriction
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The instructor has the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who is unruly or causing damage to the simulator; under these circumstances, no refunds will be available, and damage will be chargeable. The recommended minimum height/age for the simulators is 140 cm/10 years old.
Guests
Participants may bring two guests at our discretion, we prefer these not to be younger children as there is potential to disrupt the session should they get restless, and any lost time cannot be recovered.
Children must be always supervised by an adult.
Guests are requested to be as quiet as possible during the simulator session; we do welcome questions afterwards.
Serviceability
The Simulator is a complex device and has potential to fail, although very rarely.
Therefore we may need to move your booking for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new date, we may at our discretion upgrade your session as a goodwill gesture. Refunds or compensation are not offered in these circumstances

As with real aircraft some systems may carry defects which do not affect the overall experience, in these circumstances we do not offer partial or full refunds, or re-bookings.
Car Parking – Cars are parked at your own risk please note we have limited parking space so please do not attend earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Cancellation / Re-booking / Re-activation
Notify us of changes as early as possible. Missed experiences are non-refundable and incur a rebooking activation fee. It is never possible to re book a missed appointment.

Late Cancellation (7 days’ notice required )
Changes and cancellations do require at least 7 days’ notice; any less and the voucher is deemed to be used and void.
We may at our discretion in the case of late cancellation offer a rebooking fee, to cover some of our loss. Our decision in this regard is final. Please note such fees are significant and should where possible be avoided.
Photography and Video Recording Policy
Photography or video recording is not permitted during the session. At our discretion, a souvenir photograph may be taken at the conclusion of the experience.
All media captured (where permission is granted) , including photographs and videos, shall remain the property of The Company. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights over such media and agree not to post, share, or distribute any content or along with content that is offensive, adult, sexually explicit, abusive, racist, defamatory, or malicious. Furthermore, you shall refrain from using our name or referencing our business in any manner that could damage our reputation or be detrimental to our operations.
Regarding social media and public dissemination, you must seek prior approval from The Company before posting any content obtained during your session. While we generally support responsible sharing, all content must be appropriate and consistent with our brand standards.

Additionally, you agree not to transmit or share such media with any individuals or organizations known to distribute inappropriate or harmful material.
You shall at our request immediately take down any media published that was obtained during a session at our simulator.
Damage
Any damage caused to simulators or equipment, whether intentional or due to misuse, will be chargeable to the customer responsible.
Compliance with staff instructions is always mandatory.

Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, acts of government, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule or void vouchers without liability.
Pandemics
In the event of a pandemic or any other government-enforced restrictions, the Company will follow all applicable guidelines, including social distancing and operational limitations. During such periods, refunds will not be issued, and the experience may be unavailable or restricted due to legal or government mandates.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If restrictions prevent the Company from providing the experience within this period, the voucher may expire without the possibility of extension.
The effect of restrictions may cause the Company to be unable to service all customers before vouchers expire. The Company shall not be liable for any loss including the value paid for the voucher arising from the inability to deliver services or for vouchers that expire due to circumstances beyond its control.
We may record Images and video for security and the prevention of crime and for promotional purposes; in the case of promotional purposes, we would always seek your prior permission to use.
All images will be destroyed at the earliest opportunity once the original purpose for collection has passed.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s entire liability to the Customer, including for its employees, agents, or subcontractors, is limited to:
any breach of this contract,
the services provided, or
any statement, act, or omission (including negligence) related to this contract.
All implied warranties, conditions, and terms by law are excluded as far as permitted.
The Company’s liability does not exclude:
death or personal injury caused by negligence; or
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above:
The Company is not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of savings, loss of goods, loss of contracts, loss of use, or any indirect or consequential damages, costs, or expenses.
The total liability for any claims related to this contract is limited to the amount paid for the experience by the Customer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
